The Platform is hosted on the servers of Grupo 4910. It provides the online e-commerce platform that enables the trading of products and services to the users of its Platform.

Your data is stored through Grupo 4910’s data storage, databases and Grupo 4910’s general application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Grupo 4910 may store your credit card data. This data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted, retaining only your payment data if you so indicate on the Platform, in order to expedite payment for future purchases.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as outlined by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information for retailers and their service providers.

In general, third party service providers used by 4910 Group will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide.

However, some third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled.

In particular, remember that some suppliers may be located or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction from you or Grupo 4910. So if you wish to proceed with a transaction involving the services of a third party provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction (jurisdictions) in which the service provider or its facilities are located.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a U.S.-based payment gateway, then your personal information used to complete the transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave the Platform or are redirected to a third party site or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or the 4910 Group Terms of Service.
